    Olaverse Lab is an open-source AI research lab building small, task-specific open models. By accessing or using olaverse.co.uk, or downloading and using our open-weight models, datasets, or libraries (including the Olaverse SDK and SmartRateLimit) as published on Hugging Face, PyPI, and GitHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website.

    2. Open-Source Licensing

    Our models, weights, datasets, and code are released under open licences (for example, Apache 2.0 or MIT), as stated in each individual repository. Your use of any specific model, dataset, or library is governed primarily by the licence attached to that repository on Hugging Face, PyPI, or GitHub, in addition to these Terms, which cover general use of this website.

    3. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use this website or our published work to:

    • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
    • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive malware.
    • Attempt to disrupt the availability of olaverse.co.uk or gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure.

    4. No Warranty

    Our models, weights, datasets, and libraries are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as set out in their respective open-source licences. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any model output.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The olaverse.co.uk website, its branding, and its original content remain the property of Olaverse Lab. Our open-source repositories, including model weights, datasets, and libraries such as the Olaverse SDK and SmartRateLimit, are distributed under the licence stated in each repository, which governs their use, modification, and redistribution.

    In no event shall Olaverse Lab, nor its contributors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, this website or our published models, datasets, and libraries.
